Peep-Filled Marshmallow Hugs Card
I had a week of spring break and wanted to create some cards wishing friends a Happy Easter. This is the design a created using the stamp set My Kind of Peeps from Simon Says Stamp. I missed out on this stamp set last year when it was in a SSS card kit. I waited patiently until it was back in stock and scooped it up.

Bleach Bottle Bunnies
This is a craft project I do every couple of years with my students. The hardest part is collecting a bleach bottle for every child! This year I discovered other bottles that are similar in shape and that helped!
Directions for Bleach Bottle Bunnies:
1. Adult cuts an opening on the opposite side from the handle. (I also put tape around so there are no sharp plastic edges to hurt children.)
2. Students cover the entire bottle with cotton. It takes about one large bag of cotton for the gallon bleach bottles. I usually give them a bottle of glue with a paintbrush to apply it.
3. Students cut white felt and colored felt for ears. I drew free hand a simple pattern for them to trace.
4. Adult hot glues a Styrofoam shape on the neck of the bottle for the head. I like the egg shape but I've also used ball shaped when the craft store runs out of egg shapes!
5. Adult hot glues felt pieces together with a half of a chenille stick sandwiched in between.
6. Students stick the ears into the foam.
7. Students use glue dots to attach wiggle eyes.
8. Students use Sharpie markers, pom poms, and chenille sticks to complete facial features.
9. Adult hot glues a pom pom under bottle's handle for a bunny tail.
10. Students tie a ribbon around the neck.

Woven Basket for Easter
A great little basket that I'm using to present gift cards as Easter gifts. The die does leave embossing to make it look woven. I've been playing around with the Cricut Craft Room lately. The sentiment banner was cut with the Artiste cartridge and the grass is a free cut Easter 2010.
Supplies:
Woven Basket Die (Die-namics)
Trapezoid Treat Box (Die-namics)
White Daisy, Honey, Blush, Champagne Cardstock (Close To My Heart)
Olive Textured Cardstock (retired Close To My Heart)
My Peeps Stamp Set (retired Close To My Heart)

Hippity Hoppity Card
There goes Peter Cottontail, hopping down the bunny trail! Easter is 4 weeks away!
This darling card was a project I made yesterday at my unit meeting. Stacy, a fellow Close To My Heart consultant, had cut all the pieces from an SVG file she purchased.

Springtime Wreath
Edited to add: I just discovered that the challenge at Heart2Heart Challenges is Easter / Spring Theme. So I'm going to enter. If you made it to this post through that link, Welcome!
In the fall I made this wreath. At the time I purchased two foam circles at the store. I used the second one to create this wreath. I started with the Paradise Paper Flowers. I cut additional flowers using the Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge. The centers of the flowers are a mix of embellishments: Shimmer Brads, Rhinestone Brads, Sparkles Red, Pink, & Purple Assortment, Sparkles Blue & Green Assortment. Check the monthly specials tab to see the special offer I'm having on embellishments this month!
It is a springtime wreath so added some adhesive springs with butterflies from the Color-Ready Garden Shapes with Opaques Licorice Adhesive Gems!
Finally I've been inspired by consultants that have used shapes cut from the Cricut cartridge to make Easter bunnies. Here is my version. He'll sit in the middle of the wreath greeting all our Easter visitors.

Do you smell carrots?
I love these paper carrots! I made three of these for "gift boxes". They will be going to my niece and nephews on Easter with some cash inside. The carrot is part of the Hippity Hoppoty SVG Kit from svgcuts. If you have an electronic cutting machine and software that cuts svg files I recommend this site. The cupcake I made last month is from the same web site but different SVG Kit.
My blog post title comes from a stamp set I saw on the Cat's Pajamas web site. Their designs are so whimsical. These are the two I'm debating on buying.
I won't have them in time for this year, but wouldn't they make an excellent tag to the carrot boxes? Maybe next year. If you are not familiar with Cat's Pajamas check out their Projects of the Month. For these projects you don't need any special cutters or software just a printer!

To My Peeps
Today was at school we had our Easter egg hunt and party since we are now on a combined spring break / Easter vacation until April 10, YAY! I made these gifts of peeps s'mores last night to give out to coworkers and friends. I got the idea from here. Close To My Heart has a stamp set My Peeps. If I didn't let this project got to the last minute I would have liked to decorate the clear box with stamped images. Ah well...
I haven't been crafting for awhile because I've had bingo on the brain. Now that the bingo fundraiser for my school is over and I'm on break I'll get to have some free time to create!
