Last month I attended Taylored Expression's Virtual Stamp Joy. The Friday night class featured the Flower Market stamp set and featured four different ways to color images. This card used colored cardstock! Simply emboss and die cut. It doesn't get much easier than that!

Last month I attended Taylored Expression's Virtual Stamp Joy. The Friday night class featured the Flower Market stamp set and featured four different ways to color images. This card was demonstrated using colored pencils and Gamsol. I do not have Gamsol so I used water color pencils and a blender brush.

I'm typically not a fan of coloring but these images were quick to do. I like the non traditional colors for the "greenary."

I'm typically not a fan of water coloring but embossing the image first really help with control. I liked the way this card turned out.

Stamp Joy Fall 2022 Card 3

Last weekend I attended Taylored Expression's Stamp Joy Fall 2022 - Virtual Class Pass. The scenic route layered stencil and sentiments set is one I can see using a lot. This is my favorite card from the weekend. Cutting the frame and piecing at as puzzle is an easy way to add interest!

The stencil is a create in quads so I did create four cards, but I did not take a close up of card #4.

This weekend I attended Taylored Expression's Stamp Joy Fall 2022 - Virtual Class Pass. The scenic route layered stencil and sentiments set is one I can see using a lot. After stenciling this card panel I stamped a textured stamp inked in white pigment ink. It's a cool effect!

This weekend I attended Taylored Expression's Stamp Joy Fall 2022 - Virtual Class Pass. The scenic route layered stencil and sentiments set is one I can see using a lot. I enjoyed the technique of stenciling within a stencil on this card.

Autumn Mini Slimline Cards

Last month I attended the virtual event Crop & Create Delivered Cardmaking September 2022 put together by Scrapbook & Cards Today. These cards were made during the class for Taylored Expressions. This triple slim layering stencil is fabulous!

Handpicked Flowers Card 2

 Last month I attended Pinkfresh Studio's virtual event Create and Connect. I love their coordinated stencils and die sets. This card uses the Handpicked Flowers suite of products. The instructor showcased the art of water coloring. I decided to color using my Zig Clean Color markers which are very similar to watercolor. The sentiment is from Taylored Expressions.

Foil It!

These cards were made during Taylored Expression's virtual Stamp Joy event in March. Both cards have gold foil. Taylored Expressions has a product called Foil It panels The shaker card was made with one of those panels. I used my Minc machine for that. The foil on the "Hello Friend" did not use heat but was simply added with sticky tape!   

What I loved most was being able to color using stencils and blender brushes! 

Stencils and Blending Brushes!

This year I've been using stencils and blending brushes more than ever to create cards. These two cards were made during Taylored Expression's virtual event in March called Stamp Joy.

This is the year of blender brushes for me! To start this card I blended pink, purple, and blue. Then the  background stamp was stamped a few times with white pigment ink. This technique was taught during Taylored Expressions' Stamp Joy virtual event in March.

Hey There!

 

Last month I attended a virtual event from Taylored Expressions. One class was about adding details to a stenciled image. I used colored pencils and a white gel pen to this card. I love the result!

Create in Quads!

Last month I attended Scrapbook and Cards Today's virtual cardmaking event. I made these four cards with products from Taylored Expressions! Stencils are big in papercrafting and I love the unique Create in Quads stencils from TE.

Happy Medium Glitter is Amazing!

Last month I did a virtual event with Taylored Expressions and got to play with their product Happy Medium - Iridescent Glitter. The shine is amazing! Just be sure to let it dry without knocking the card panel on the floor. 😞

Create in Quads

The Create in Quads stencils from Taylored Expressions are wonderful. It does require aerobic stenciling, but it is worth it. I love the  mod design on these cards, and I want to try some diffrent color combinations in the future. 

Sympathy Card

 I recently participated in a virtual event from Taylored Expressions. I am new to their products and teachers so it was a fun introduction. This card used a foiling technique with Pixie spray. I had never heard of Pixie spray and it's something I can see myself using in the future.

We are both amazing!

Someone with a great sense of humor will get this card! To make it I combined mini slimline cards and envelopes I purchased from Taylored Expressions with Close To My Heart's Cheerful Humor stamp and paper.
