Just Beecause!

Queen & Co. make the best shaker card kits, and I am a collector of them! They did a sketch challenge for National Scrapbooking Day so instead of collecting I created. This card uses supplies from the Love Jar kit and Bug Jar kit.

Cards with a Bouquet of Tulips

I made these cards during an online class from Creative Chelsey, Stampin Up Demonstrator. During the class we made a total of 6 cards. For these two cards we cut the tulips from cardstock and applied ink with blender crushes to add dimension. The bouquet cards are my favorite!

Beautiful Tulip Cards

I made these cards during an online class from Creative Chelsey, Stampin Up Demonstrator. During the class we made a total of 6 cards. For these cards we cut the tulip dies from cardstock. Then to add dimension we used alcohol markers and watercolor.

Pattern Paper Tulips!

I made these cards during an online class from Creative Chelsey, Stampin Up Demonstrator. During the class we made a total of 6 cards. One of the techniques we did with the dies is cut the tulips from pattern paper. I used this technique for these two cards! 

Cupcake Shaker Cards

 Scrapbook & Cards Today has a subscription program called "Let's Stamp Together". The March kit was from Photoplay Paper. Since I send more birthday cards than any other card I appreciated the stamp set, dies, and stencil with a birthday theme! In addition to the kit you get a class that teachers a couple of cards. I liked the class but decided to do my own think by creating shaker cards. 

Foil It!

These cards were made during Taylored Expression's virtual Stamp Joy event in March. Both cards have gold foil. Taylored Expressions has a product called Foil It panels The shaker card was made with one of those panels. I used my Minc machine for that. The foil on the "Hello Friend" did not use heat but was simply added with sticky tape!   

What I loved most was being able to color using stencils and blender brushes! 

Stencils and Blending Brushes!

This year I've been using stencils and blending brushes more than ever to create cards. These two cards were made during Taylored Expression's virtual event in March called Stamp Joy.  

Blended Background

 

This is the year of blender brushes for me! To start this card I blended pink, purple, and blue. Then the  background stamp was stamped a few times with white pigment ink. This technique was taught during Taylored Expressions' Stamp Joy virtual event in March.

Floral Cards

Pinkfresh Studio has some of the best stamp, die, stencil combinations for floral images. I love the blue card most of all! The stamp was embossed in silver. Then I used the stencils to color it in with shades of  blue. The image is die cut and popped with foam tape.

These three cards were made during Scrapbook & Card's Today's virtual event in March. They are having another one in October and I'll be registering!

These sweet cards were made with products from Elle's Studio during Scrapbook & Cards Today's virtual event in March. I haven't received any graduation notices yet, but I'm ready!
