Fred, She Said Spring Flowers Card

This is another card using the Fred, She Said and Bearly Mine Designs Floral Surprise digital paper. This paper coordinates with many of the digital stamp files. I decided to use the purple tulips from the Fred, She Said Spring Flowers pre-colored digital stamp set.
