March Cards

The Stamp of the Month for March has an Easter theme so I wanted to wait awhile before posting. It's an outline stamp that needs to be colored. For my projects I decided to use the blender pen and my ink pads. It gives a soft water colored effect that I really like. The stamps is only available for 8 more days so grab it if you want it!

Sweet Baby Bee

This card was made for Mollie, a coworker that is having a baby. She and her husband decided to wait until the birth to find out if their having a son or daughter. Mollie decided that the nursery will be decked in yellow with a bug theme. So I tried to match with the card! For this card I used the new Irresistibles™ Eclectic Chipboard Die-Cuts to spell baby. They were so much fun to ink up and see the pattern appear!

Zack's a Teenager!

Yesterday my nephew Zack turned 13. Here is the card I made for him. I got the embellishment idea of paper candles from Imaginisce. I saw a pack in a scrapbooking store, but instead of buying them I borrowed the idea. I also coordinated them by using the paper I had.
