Pixel Scrapper, an online digital scrapbooking community, organizes blog trains and invites all levels of designers to participate. This is the third time I've participated, and I'm learning so much. Like how to create patterns and textures in PSE. The theme this month is "Hello" and features a bright and cheery color palette.
