FSS Poppies card

I love the way this card turned out and it was so easy! First I started with this stunning Fred, She Said image Poppies (pre-colored). Next I chose a card pattern form Close To My Heart's Make It From Your Heart booklet. I used scraps of paper from the Stella paper packet, doesn't it match so well? I love when that happens. My niece turns 20 years old today and this is her birthday card.

Happy Fall

What a great day! I spent this first day of Autumn card making. All day I was at the Christmas Card Extravaganza. This is an annual event hosted by my upline, Joyce and features great new Close To My Heart items on Christmas card designs. Then when I came home I made several cards using Fred, She Said designs, including this Happy Fall card. The main image is from Pumpkins and Sunflowers (colored).

Teacher Box

I purchased a thank you gift for a teacher friend and of course I couldn't just give it in a gift bag. Instead I decided to use a My Creations Card Box. I used the new Chalkboard Sheets and Chalk Marker as well as some retired paper and canvas stickers. I think the box is just as awesome as the gift inside it!

Fred She Said Friday on a Saturday!

My hope is to post a new Fred, She Said project every Friday on my blog. I'm a little late this week! The first week of school had taken up a lot of my time, but I'm hoping to settle into a routine now. This afternoon I had lots of time crafting and this was one of my cards. It uses the Fred, She Said Hibiscus Image. I also used the new Burlap Ribbon from Close To My Heart.
