Yearbook Gift
Here is the second item I gave my students yesterday on the last day of school. It's my version of a yearbook. This project uses Close To My Heart's Board Book. This is a while supplies last item currently priced at $4.00. I used Elemental Paper for the cover and adhered photos from school events on the pages. I stamped the word autographs on the last page. The students loved that. All day they walked around the school asking for signatures!
Have a Toadally Kool Summer
All this week I've been working on end of the school year projects for my students. Last Saturday I saw my friend , Jolene, working on this project. She got the idea and the adorable printout of the toad from a board on Pinterest. She had leftovers of the straws and printouts and gave them to me. Thanks Jolene! To finish the project I cut Dotty for You paper to be the "card" and bought lemonade Kool aid packets. I really love the Dotty for You paper. So I need to stock up with another pack or two or three before it's gone at the end of the May!

Coworker Gifts
My coworkers know that I craft for any reason, and I love how something so simple as this gift tag made form the Dotty For You paper packet and a bottle of soda can bring a smile to some one's face. Of course it may just have been a smile because we are all so-da lighted for the last day of school!
The Dotty For You paper pack is only available until May 31. Which is less then a week for me to hoard a few more packs. To get your own paper pack for $5 visit my website and place an order of at least $35.

Sweet Surprises Card Kit
My sister-in-law celebrated a birthday yesterday. I made this card from the Sweet Surprises Card Kit. It was a quick and easy card to make with a big wow factor! I love that kind of paper crafting.
The front of the card is tied shut and decorated with dimensional elements |

Operation Smile Auction
At every Close To My Heart Event I've attended there is an auction to benefit Operation Smile. This past weekend I put the highest bid on the picture frame. My friend Stephanie had the highest bid on a set of cards. She shared the sunshine card with me. Such inspiring artwork and for a worthy cause!
Did you know every time you purchase a My Acrylix stamp set a portion of the proceeds is donated to Operation Smile? You can shop the complete line of my Acrylix stamp sets here.

Papercrafting for Your Wall
Sure papercrafters are known for scrapbooking and making cards, but those same supplies can be used to create works of art for your home. These two pieces were made by Stephanie Brown and Jolene Barron. Thank you for the beautiful pieces that are in my room. You two are the best!
