February Joyful Stars Blog Hop

February 10 is my mom's birthday. This is the card I made for her using the Heartstrings Paper Packet and Compliments. Happy Birthday, from the stamp set Happy To Be Friends, is stamped in black on a journal spot from the My Crush in the Pink Assortment. Then every card needs a little bling and the Junebug Puffy Stickers worked well with this color palette.

Why I have been MIA with crafting projects

It's been quite awhile since I posted anything crafty, and that's because it has been a long time since I made anything crafty! Since Christmas break I've been on a reading kick. I even took a personal day in January for the release of a long awaited book. Looking at my Kindle content my total books read for 2015 is 19 not including a few novellas.
